By accessing or using our RAG Knowledge Management Platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Our Service provides a multi-tenant knowledge management platform with AI-powered document retrieval, chat capabilities, and client intelligence features. We offer various subscription plans with different feature sets and usage limits.

3. Account Registration

You must register for an account to use certain features of the Service. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

4.1 Plans: We offer Free, Pro, and Business subscription plans with varying features and limits.

4.2 Billing: Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

4.3 Renewals: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the renewal date.

4.4 Upgrades/Downgrades: Plan changes are prorated. Upgrades are charged immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle with credit applied.

4.5 Cancellation: You may cancel anytime. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

4.6 Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Upload malicious code or harmful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without permission

6. Content and Data

6.1 Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a license to store, process, and display it to provide the Service.

6.2 Data Privacy: We handle your data according to our Privacy Policy. Your data is isolated per workspace and not shared with other users.

6.3 AI Processing: Your content may be processed by AI services (OpenAI) to provide features. We do not use your content to train AI models.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or for any reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

8.1 No Warranty: The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

8.2 Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

8.3 AI Accuracy: AI-generated responses may contain errors. You are responsible for verifying information before relying on it.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
