Transcription minutes reset monthly and are used for voice notes and meeting transcripts. Free tier gets 30 minutes (perfect for trying it out), Pro gets 360 minutes (6 hours), and Business gets 1,200 minutes (20 hours). Unused minutes don't roll over.

What counts as a document or note?

Each uploaded file (PDF, Word, text), quick note, meeting transcript, or voice note counts as one knowledge item. These limits help you track your knowledge base size.

Can I change plans later?

Yes! Upgrade or downgrade anytime. Changes take effect immediately with prorated charges. Your usage limits will update to match your new plan at the start of your next billing cycle.

What happens if I hit my limit?

You'll get a notification when you reach 80% of any limit. If you hit your limit, you can upgrade to continue using that feature or wait until your monthly quota resets. Your existing data always remains accessible.
